Snowbirds come to visit

We had Lyle & Shirley Andrew, and their traveling friends, Kenny and Nadine stopped in for an overnight visit a couple weeks back. We had a fine time reminiscing and talking about Omaha, family and old times.
Toni made a swell lasagna, chocolate cake dessert and also breakfast casserole the next morning, which everyone enjoyed tremendously, before their departure back to Bella Vista, Arkansas.
For a bit 'o fun, I took everyone out one at a time for a burnout trip for a couple miles around town in the Corvette. Lots of fun for everyone! Plus it's always good to do some 400 horsepower tire smokin' burnouts to clear out the fuel injectors! HA!

The day they left, they called to say that if they had not stayed over, they may have been staying overnight in the town that got clobbered by tornadoes! God is good!
