Toni's Birthday on Okinawa

Fortunately, in between typhoons, tropical storms and non-stop rainfall over Labor Day weekend, there was one beautiful day of sunshine and nice sea breezes: Toni's birthday on September third. We headed North to areas we had not explored before and toured the Ocean Expo Park (site of the 1975 World's Fair), Churaumi Aquarium, and had lunch at a famous mountaintop restaurant "Pizza in the Sky". Toni opened cards and gifts there, and then we returned home to get on the Coca-cola ferris wheel, and have celebratory waffle cones at Blue Seal ice cream at American Village. Toni had a great day, and we thank everyone for their cards, birthday wishes, flowers and thoughts. Happy Birthday, Toni! :)
