Adopted Dogs

...well, we're officially up to five dogs, and now are officially "that wierd couple with no kids and five dogs." Go ahead, I know you've already thought it! :)

The two runaways, we found out, were abandoned by the same owner, and through their ID chips, found him and had him sign them over to us... making for dog #4 and dog #5. Now the big catch is how do we fly five dogs home to the USA in two years???

Little Picachu's real name is "Angel", so we kept that, and the tan dog we call "Oki", since her real name is "Circe" and means chaos. She lives up to that name well, with so much energy, but "Oki" rolls off the tongue a bit better, and is similar enough sounding that she responds perfectly.

Fortunately, Angel has put on 50% weight gain, so she's no longer skin and bones... but still has a serious gastrointestinal problem that makes her nauseated 80% of her day, and pretty miserable. If the vets can't find a solution to her pain and suffering.... not a good thought.

We'll keep everyone posted on any changes.
