Two weeks was not enough to explore the wonderful countryside, castles and walled cities. Toni just wanted to find each town's best gelato shops which we made sure happened at least once or twice a day!

The light was just right when we were in this Rome church to illuminate this Michaelangelo sculpture of Christ. The only Michaelangelo you can walk up to and touch.

An ancient road drain...if you survive putting your hand in it's mouth, you will return to Rome again. We sure hope so!Our big "Grazia" to D'Lyn Stinziano and her husband Luca Blengio for the gracious use of their apartment in Faenza, Italy. Also a big "Grazia" to Luca's parents, Silvana and Pietro, for their hospitality, dinner and gifts... The Italians are such a wonderful people!!
